Helping Local Communities
In additional to rehabilitation and training programs, Hounds Town Charities offers several community outreach programs to help individuals and groups learn how to manage and care for dogs. Hounds Town Charities Founder and President Mike Gould works directly with the Department of Social Services to conduct seminars on dog management and dog behavior. The charity also provides financial aid and supplies to several home-bounds senior citizens to help them care for their animals. Mike has also provided dog training free of charge to local community members in need.
If you know a senior citizen or special needs human in need of assistance caring for their pet in our local community, we may be able to help. Contact us today.
